Our roses are grown and preserved in Ecuador and begin as among the best fresh roses in the world. The process is a trade secret but in general terms, roses wilt and die due to aspirating their moisture into the air. This preservation process replaces that moisture with a non-evaporating vegetable based substance that keeps the rose semi-supple and fresh looking for years.

Our roses will last years under the proper conditions. In fact, we have some that we have been testing and admiring for over 5 years now and they still look like the day we received them.

The longevity of our roses is highly dependent on the environment of the rose. It's not as if they must be babied, but, there are a few things that will shorten their lifespan. As long as you avoid these things you will have a gift that will last many years.

1. Sunlight and UV Rays - Direct sunlight can fade the color of a preserved rose within a year. Indirect lighting in a normal living or working environment is fine but don't, for example, leave the jar on a window sill or in close proximity to a window where sunlight beams in.
2. Moisture - Protect your rose from coming in contact with any liquids or environments that are excessively humid. One of our theories as to why our roses last longer than the competition is our unique sealed environment within the jar.
3. Extreme Temperatures - Normal indoor seasonal temperature differences are just fine, just don't leave them in your vehicle while shopping at the mall in the middle of summer :)
4. Sing to them every so often - Who could resist that beautiful voice?!

There is A LOT that goes in to the art and science of producing one of our products and we spare no expense in order to bring you a high end gift worthy of representing the fresh rose growing on the bush it once called home. From the growers tending to the nursery, the scientists handling the preservation, airline flights around the world and the artists that put it all together, our margins are really very thin but we still try to bring these to you at the best price we can because the stories we hear of happy recipients are worth it.

We have our standard line of Evermore jars in many colors for all occasions but from time to time we create Special Editions that incorporate more costly materials and labor intensive design in order to capture a specific feeling in the jar. These special editions are just slightly higher in price.

We stand with pride behind everything we make and we want you to be happy. We will accept returns on all undamaged items for 30 days after delivery. No questions asked. Well actually, we might ask some questions only because if YOU are unhappy, we need to know how we can make it right.

If an item is damaged by the shipping carrier just get in touch with us and we will make that right as well.

Domestic US Shipping

• Standard Shipping by USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 6 days and always free!! Cha-Ching.
• Expedited Shipping by USPS or UPS - Usually 2 days.

International Shipping

• International Express Shipping by DHL - 2 to 10 days. We find DHL the fastest and most reliable.

All of our products are made to order but we only have a 1-2 day lead time to ship.
